At Oblinger Family Dentistry, we believe that our team is what sets us apart. Our highly-skilled and experienced dental professionals are dedicated to providing exceptional care and personalized treatment to every patient we see.

Dr. Andrew Oblinger
Dr. Oblinger graduated in 1999 from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. After dental school he served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy for three years at NAS Pautuxent River, MD and Camp Lejeune, NC. Prior to dental school, Dr. Oblinger graduated from North Carolina State University with degrees in Biochemistry and Chemistry.
Dr. Morgan Leighton
Dr. Leighton was born and raised in a small, rural town in Mid-Michigan. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Grand Valley State University in 2015. Her graduate studies were completed at Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2019.
Dr. McCumbee
Dr. McCumbee was born and raised in Gaston County. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from UNC Charlotte. Her dental education was completed at Creighton University, where she earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After completing school, Dr. McCumbee knew she wanted to return to the area to serve the community she grew up in. She is passionate about helping her patients maintain their smiles and their confidence. Dr. McCumbee often attends continuing education with the goal to always provide quality care for each patient she sees. She hopes that every patient feels cared for and respected when they leave the office! Outside of dentistry, Dr. McCumbee enjoys traveling, Carolina Panthers games, reading, and spending time with her husband, son and two dogs.
Kim Bailey
Kim moved from Rhode Island to North Carolina in 1995. She is married, with two children and has a sweet Chocolate Lab. She loves to vacation anywhere with a beach and cruise with family and friends. Kim has been a dental assistant since 2001 and loves being able to help patients improve their dental health and achieve the smiles they want and deserve!
Hayley Dellinger
Haley has worked as a hygienist at Oblinger Family since 2005. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know her patients and their families. When she is not at work, Haley is either enjoying time with her husband and two boys or diving into a new book.
Austyn Thompson
Austyn was born in Washington state and grew up in Colorado. North Carolina has been her home since high-school. Outside of work she loves to travel with her daughter and spoil her mini schnauzer. Austyn received her Associates degree in Dental Hygiene from York Technical college. Being a dental Hygienist has given her the rewarding opportunity to educate her patients and give them more confidence in their smiles.
Jennifer Black
Jen was born in Indiana and grew up in South Carolina. She started her 20-year career out as a dental assistant before moving to North Carolina and later becoming an office manager. When she is not helping patients achieve their smile goals, you can find her spending time with her husband, their 2 children and 4 dogs. You may also find her volunteering, crafting, or napping.
Michelle Fox
Michelle has been practicing dental hygiene since 1999. She enjoys helping people feel the best about their smiles. In her spare time she likes to bake cookies to share with friends and family. It gives her a good feeling to bring a smile to someone’s face.
Melinda Canipe
Melinda has been working in dentistry since 1993, and has really enjoyed helping patients have a comfortable and rejoicing experience getting their smiles brightened and healthy. Outside of work, she enjoys hunting, boating and just being outdoors with her family.
Crystal Gosse
Crystal has been a Dental Hygienist since 2008. Her favorite things about being a hygienist are developing relationships and trust with patients and helping them improve their oral health. Crystal and her husband have 2 children. When they are not cheering for their kids at one of their sporting events, they like to enjoy the great outdoors in their camper.
Jackie Manns
Jackie has been working in dentistry since 2003 and still very much enjoys seeing patients smiling faces. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family, grandkids and animals. Her favorite hobby is target practice.
Shelby Fraley
Shelby has lived in Mt. Holly her entire life. Outside of work, she spends the majority of her time with her fiancè, watching new shows, going to different restaurants and hanging out with friends. For her, becoming a dental assistant has been rewarding in multiple ways and she wouldn’t change the career path she chose for anything!
Brandi Crisco
Brandi spent her early years in Maine before moving to North Carolina in 1997. Her journey led her into the field of dentistry in 2000, a profession she is passionate about due to her love for patient care. Alongside her career, Brandi has cherished a 2 decade long marriage with her husband Spence. Together they have been blessed with three wonderful children. Their family is completed by 2 Bee hives , three dogs and a bearded dragon. They found their haven in the charming town of Mount Holly, a place they truly adore.
Audrey Hurst
Audrey was born and raised in Mt. Holly. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, along with their little shitzu-yorkie. For her, becoming a dental assistant has been rewarding both professionally and personally while helping patients feel comfortable and confident.
Faith Seguin
Faith and her husband have called North Carolina home since 2020, when they moved here so they could be close to their daughter and grandsons whom they love to hang out with! Faith and her husband also love to explore “new to them” places here in NC. In her down time, Fath loves to read!! She feels blessed to have chosen a career as a dental hygienist that she continues to love.
